- Informal payments (up to 86% at Akanu)

Overall, performance is improving, despite a particularly degraded 2024 wave (Kraké at 100h, Kodjoviakopé at 26h).
Elubo shows the sharpest improvement (26.8h → 10.2h).
Noé remains remarkably stable (~10h).
